- Terika McCall, PhD student, gave a talk titled “Attitudes and Perceptions of Black Women Toward Using Mobile Technologies to Receive Mental Health Services to Manage Anxiety and Depression” at the National Library of Medicine (NLM) meeting in Nashville, TN.
- “Improving Postpartum Depression Screening and Referral in the Pediatric Setting” will be presented by Samantha Russomagno, BSN, RN, CPN at the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP), 39th National Conference on March 19-22, 2018. This was also presented at the University of North Carolina Health Care Nursing Quality and Research Conference “Driving Excellence in Patient Care Meeting on April 20, 2018.
- “Novel Mixed-Methods Analysis of EHR-Related Information Overload on Provider Workflow in the ICU” will be presented by Victoria Rand and Dr. Cam Coleman at the 2018 Medical Informatics in Europe Conference on April 24-26, 2018 in Sweden.
- “Assessing Citizens’ Satisfaction with Teleconsent for Clinical Research Studies” will be presented by Thomas Newlin, Terika McCall, and Paige Ottmar as a full presentation at the 2018 Medical Informatics in Europe Conference in Sweden on April 24-26, 2018.
- “Classifying Provider-EHR Screen Interactions During ICU Pre-Rounds” and “Towards Understanding the Impact of EHR-Related Information Overload on Provider Cognition” presented by Victoria Ran at the 16th International Conference on Informatics, Management and Technology (ICIMTH) in Healthcare in Athens, Greece, on July 6-8, 2018.
